Scope of certification
This standard establishes grading criteria for surface coverings used primarily in vertical applications such as indoor walls, and in limited horizontal applications such as indoor furniture surfaces.
Key requirements
- Environmental management system in place (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent)
- No carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins; no heavy metals above defined limits
- Performance requirements met for sunlight colour fastness and infrared reflectance
