Scope of certification

This standard establishes human health, performance and environmental criteria for solid and liquid surface cleaners.

Environmental management system in place (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent)
No carcinogens, mutagens, endocrine disruptors or teratogens; no heavy metals above defined limits
No prohibited solvents (cyclohexanone, hexane, methanol, chlorinated hydrocarbons); no alkylphenols
Phosphate, VOC, formaldehyde content within defined limits; flashpoint requirements met

Most applications are completed within 3–4 weeks after all supporting documents are submitted. New certification is valid for 2 years.
