Products made from Recycled / Renewable Fibre
Scope of certification
This standard establishes grading criteria for products made 100% from either recycled or renewable fibre. Recycled fibre is defined as fibre removed from its original application at the end of its useful life and re-used in a similar or new manner.
Key requirements
- 100% recycled or renewable fibre content — verified by chain of custody documentation
- No carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins
- No heavy metals above defined limits
- Product must meet relevant performance standards for intended use
