Scope of certification
This standard applies to products made from glass, metals, plastics, rubber, or waste materials. Products with electronic or electrical content are excluded.
Key requirements
- Minimum verified recycled or sustainable content — percentage by weight, documented
- Chain of custody documentation for all recycled material sources required
- No substances of very high concern (SVHC) in the final product; no heavy metals above defined limits
- Performance equivalence to conventional products — relevant test reports required
