Scope of certification
This standard establishes criteria for high pressure water jets designed for pressure cleaning — hand-held devices and lawnmower-type units only. Built-in systems and water jets for cutting are excluded.
Key requirements
- Environmental management system in place (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent)
- No carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins; no heavy metals above defined limits
- No CFCs, HCFCs or other ozone-depleting substances
- Energy and water efficiency within defined limits
