Scope of certification
This standard establishes grading criteria for correction fluids and tapes based on environmental and health parameters, including reduced toxicity and life cycle considerations.
Key requirements
- Environmental management system in place (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent)
- No carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins
- No ozone-depleting solvents; no aromatic hydrocarbon solvents (no toluene, xylene or benzene)
- No n-hexane; VOC content within defined limits
Ready to apply for the Green Label?
Most applications are completed within 3–4 weeks after all supporting documents are submitted. New certification is valid for 2 years.
