Singapore Green Label Reaches Major Milestone with 3,000 Certified Products

The Singapore Green Labelling Scheme (SGLS) celebrated a significant milestone with the certification of its 3,000th product at the National Museum of Singapore on 2 September 2015. The achievement underscores the growing adoption of environmentally responsible products and the increasing commitment of businesses towards sustainable development.

More than 100 guests attended the commemorative event, including Mr. Choi Shing Kwok, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. The occasion recognised the collective efforts of manufacturers, retailers, and consumers in advancing sustainable consumption and supporting Singapore’s green economy.
