Personal information such as name, company name, contact numbers and email address is collected on this website. We only collect this information in connection with specific activities such as certification enquiries, application submissions and contact form submissions. You are not obligated to disclose any of this information if you do not wish to.
Non-personal information such as IP address, cookies, pages accessed and files downloaded are also collected on this website. This helps us determine trends and statistics on site usage and provides a means for us to improve our service.

From time to time, we may require the cooperation of partner organisations for some of our services — including third-party certification auditors and members of the Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN) for mutual recognition agreement processes. We may share names or other contact information with these partner organisations so that they can perform these services. Our partners are not allowed to use the information we have passed on to them for any other purposes other than activities associated with the relevant services.
